When an order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier service which will contain your tracking number.

Please check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order as we would not be held liable for wrong delivery. Delivery takes 3-5 business within Canada and would be more for other Countries

Hauteish Beauty Cafe online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.hauteish.com

Payment for all returns of our items except jewelry, intimates and beauty products will be refunded in full; however, you will have to pay for the shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item.

We are sorry to hear that you have received an item that's not in perfect condition. Please go to the "Contact Us" tab to help us get this fixed for us ASAP. If you contact us via the "Contact Us" tab, please have an image of the faulty item ready for when we receive the reply as you won't be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
