With all the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing being advised, it’s very easy to lose your mind especially if you are a social butterfly. Although living this way can get lonely and inconvenient, it’s for a good cause.
It’s easy to want to do nothing but we need to invest our time in our relationships and our hobbies. While washing our hands regularly is very essential, I’ve included 20 things that I have found helpful during this time. Get fresh air everyday. Open the windows, go on a walk

Be Zen and Relax
Start a blog like i did
Call a few people you haven’t spoken to in a while
Strengthen your immune system by eating lots of fruits and vegetables
Exercise caution with person to person contact
Start a book you haven’t had time to read
