  • Do you have a fashion size guide?
    Indeed, love! To suit our Hauteish Fam around the world, we give a nitty-gritty Size Guide. Note: Sizing may fluctuate based on the cut and style; however, don't stress! We have an Easy Return policy if your item doesn't fit flawlessly.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Delivery costs are determined during checkout based on weight, measurements, and destination of the item in the request. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer..
  • Do you pay for shipping refund?
    You will be liable for paying for your delivery costs for returning the item as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • How long do i have to return an item?
    Our policy lasts for 14 days. If the 14 days period has elapsed since your purchase, sadly, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Am i eligible for a refund and/or return?
    To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You also have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • What do i do if my refund is late?
    If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your statement, then contact your debit/credit card company. It may take a few days for your refund to refliect in your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
  • I'm in love with an item, but it is 'Out of Stock'. What can i do and how often do you restock?"
    Good news! We get new items every day and frequently restock our most popular items. Just be ready to act immediately when you find a style, size, or color you like! Unfortunately tho, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be restocked.
